"Teshub X" is an urban river monitoring system that analyzes the internal precipitation area in three dimensions and predicts precipitation distribution with a resolution of 250m for the next 30 minutes, and for the following 60 minutes at a resolution of 1,000m, using "high-resolution precipitation nowcasting."
